Sindie POP Layering!

Hello Everyone! HAPPY FRIDAY!!!! I was ready for Friday on Tuesday ;-) haha Yay for a wedding this weekend of our good friends! I cannot wait!! :-D

However, today I'm taking another look at the Disney Princesses Collection!  You can see my original post, HERE!!  Today I decided to layer these over 3 different colors to give you an idea how the base can alter the color to give it a new look!  I thought they were all pretty by themselves, but I really love some of these combos!

First up, I used 1 coat of OPI I Eat Mainely Lobster for the first round.

I painted Mermaid to Love Him on the index finger, Kiss of Life on the middle finger, Kiss My...Toad on the ring finger, and Ring My Belle on the pinky finger.  These are all one coat each topped with Seche Vite.  Kiss My...Toad looks a *little* weird with this as a base (I think a light green or maybe even a bold green would look SO awesome!)  But I really love how the other three colors turned out layered!!!

For round two, we have OPI Dating a Royal with 2 coats.

I painted Mermaid to Love Him on the index finger, Kiss of Life on the middle finger, Kiss My...Toad on the ring finger, and Ring My Belle on the pinky finger. These are all one coat each topped with Seche Vite.  I love Dating a Royal and Mermaid to Love Him together!  It's like the blue waters and glitters of The Little Mermaid!!!  I think Ring My Belle looks nice with the blue too!!

And round three is just a plain old black with 1 coat.

Wonder Beauty Products - Sorceress (scented!)

Good Morning!!  I have another scented polish by Wonder Beauty Products to show you!! This is Sorceress and it is Licorice scented!  At first thought, I assumed it was a black licorice scent maybe because of the darker color of it.  I think it smells a lot sweeter though, so if you're like me and aren't a huge fan of black licorice, this still smells SO good!!  I can get hints of the black licorice once the polish was completely dried, but it's not too overpowering!  I've said before how much I love Wonder Beauty Products scented polish!  It just adds even more fun to a mani to get little whiffs throughout the day while wearing it!!

Sorceress is a gorgeous sheer brown base loaded with beautiful glitters of silver, teal, and black shards, and brown, gold, teal, and blue hexagons of different sizes!  The gold and brown micro glitter in this really make it look like sand, which is why I layered this over a lighter color to show it off!  I think this is so beautiful for Fall!

I layered 1 coat of Sorceress over Cult Nails Baker.  You can see my previous swatches & review of Baker - HERE!  I topped it off with Seche Vite.

I wanted to show a couple shots of the Cult Nails Baker bottle with this mani.  You can see how the sheer brown base of Sorceress alters the color slightly.  This makes Sorceress great for layering!!

And a close up!! I love the pop of the gold glitter here!  And you can see some of the shards too!  This is my ring finger, but you can also see in pictures above a larger black shard on my middle finger!  I had no idea there were black shards in there until landed on my nail while painting! hehe  I love it!

I hope you enjoyed this look at Sorceress by Wonder Beauty Products!  This polish applied very well, and it is loaded with glitter making 1 coat full of sparkle!  The shards laid flat too, which is great!  Don't forget, it's scented like Licorice!  I believe these colors will be released tomorrow, September 21!!!  Make sure to check this and the others of her new collection out!

Frankenstine Polish - I Invented Post Its

Post Its - again?  Yes, you guys know I love them, and that is why I am excited to sneak them into today's post.  But it makes sense, I promise.  Also, who doesn't love matching nails to their office supplies? hehe

Here is Nubar Lemon Sherbet with 3 coats topped with Seche Vite.  As much as I wanted to get away with 2 coats, I just couldn't because it was a tad streaky.  If I had maybe done a thicker first coat or just taken more time, maybe, just maybe, I could have gotten it to two coats.  I do love the outcome though.  Um, hello!!?  It matches the Post Its perfectly!!!! hahaha

Now, here is the reason why there are these Post It shots everywhere, I layered 1 coat of Frankenstine Polish - I Invented Post Its over Nubar Lemon Sherbet, topped with Seche Vite.  I Invented Post Its was created for the movie: Romy and Michele's High School Reunion.

So now that we have all that background, on the movie, how about a look at the polish!?!  I just LOVE this combination!!!

I Invented Post Its has pink and blue glitters with holographic bar glitters and mixed in a gorgeous shimmering base that has micro glitters of blue and pink!  It is SO beautiful.  And over this yellow, is another favorite combo of mine now!  I couldn't stop staring at my nails!  It made the yellow creme look so boring without it!

The shimmer was so hard to capture - you must believe me that it is better in person!

I took a few indoor lighting pictures too, hoping to capture it.  Luckily above you can see the bottle and how yummy that shimmer is!! ;-)  Inside I noticed a couple of the bar glitters glowing in the photos which looked cool!

And finally, hello you beautiful macro...thank you for showing your irresistible shimmer!!!! Plus you can kind of see the holographic bar glitters too! YUMMM!!!

Well, I wish I did invent Post Its.  I will just have to continue to use them and match my polish to them :-D  I hope you enjoyed this look at Frankenstine Polish too!  This was my first time using this brand and I really liked the application!  The glitters went on great and the mix was beautiful!
