Lynnderella Love, Lace, and Lilacs

Hello!! Today I have a trio of colors to show you!!! I think they work together to create an awesome mani!!!

First up is Maybelline Denim Dash, which is 2 coats and 1 coat of Cult Nails Wicked Fast top coat.  The polish actually dries matte, so I went for a glossy approach for the day.  I loved that it matched my Kleenex box - LOL but seriously - what a gorgeous blue!

Since I had a bit of tipwear, I went for ManGlaze Matte is Murder, which is a black shimmery matte.  I loved how this looked!!!

Then I applied 1 coat of Love, Lace, and Lilacs by Lynnderella over top!  Isn't that amazing!?!  And speaking of Lynnderella, her new collection is being revealed today!!!!!  Pictures should be posted HERE or on Llarowe's Facebook page - HERE.  I am soooo excited to see what Lynn has come up with!!!  L,L and L has small round glitters with squares, hexagons, and bar glitter mixed it.

I hope you all enjoyed my mani!! I have fun mixing and matching colors together!!  Lynnderella's always add spice to a mani!!

I hope you all have a great day!
Much Love,
Crystal

Zoya, Pretty & Polished, and ManGlaze combo!

Hello!  Today I have Pretty & Polished Sand Art layered over Zoya Zuza.  I LOVED how this turned out!! I later used ManGlaze MatteAstrophe later, looked amazing!!
Let's start from the beginning. You can find Zuza here - https://www.artofbeauty.com/rd/011A25C1 - This is a Share the Love link, which is a way for me to earn points through them! So cool for me, but you guys can get something too!
See what Zoya wrote: Remember EVERYONE WINS with "Share the Love": When someone clicks on your personal link and sets up an online account, a $5 coupon a coupon for a FREE Bottle of Zoya Nail Polish will automatically be placed in their account and can be used immediately on their current order. TIP: If you use this coupon and add 2 more polishes to your order, you get free shipping too! The coupon will appear in the "My Coupons/ Promos" section of their "My Account" Page.

Pretty great deal! And actually I got a bottle of their Qtica Growth Stimulator https://www.artofbeauty.com/rd/0111DC19 (another link!) for the price of shipping (a $20 value!) through all their gifts of Share the Love points - didn't even do anything!  They give out points a lot, so it's easy to collect them to get something great!
This is 1 coat of Zuza.  It is a gorgeous teal with silver shimmer/frost through it.  I almost didn't show you, but I kind of wanted to because of how well the mani works with only 1 coat of the base!  I will redo this color later to show it properly, but for this mani, only doing 1 coat is a real time saver!  I obviously painted this quickly because I knew I'd be layering over it.

Next up, I added 1 coat of Pretty and Polished Sand Art.  Pretty & Polished, by Chelsea, can be found on Etsy HERE. She restocks quite a bit, but is on vacation for the next couple of weeks.  She posts information on her Facebook HERE.   I always rave about her formula because her polish applies perfectly and looks great! Her shipping is extremely quick too!  Overall, she has great creativity and I think if you purchase, you'll be extremely satisfied!

Here is her Etsy note:

"The shop will be stocked this Thursday night.
There will be over 700 polishes available!

Please read our new policies before placing an order!

International Shipping:
Currently, international shipping has been suspended until we can find a safer, more reliable means of shipping. We are working on getting this figured out ASAP. If anyone has any suggestions, feel free to message me and I will look into it.

When international shipping resumes, we will only put exactly what is in your package on the custom forms and the value of the contents. Postal regulations are very strict and the bad far outweighs the good in regards to fines and such.

As the buyers, you are responsible for any taxes, fees, and/or duties that are associated with international shipping. Pretty and Polished will not be responsible for any items that are taken by customs.

Again, we are working on finding a way to resume international shipping and we plan on having it available again soon.

Lost or Missing Packages:
All domestic packages are sent with tracking numbers. After the package has been received by the post office, it is out of our hands what happens to it. If you are having an issue with a package that was sent but isn’t showing that it has been delivered, or a package that shows delivered, but didn’t show up, please contact your local post office. If they are unwilling to help, as some are, please let us know if there is anything we can do. Currently, the USPS does not insure hazardous items.

Damaged on Arrival:
We are more than happy to exchange a polish that was damaged in shipping. We request that you send a picture of the broken polish within 24 hours of delivery. If there is something actually wrong with the polish itself, we will ask that you return the bottle to us for an exchange/refund. We can either send you a return label, or you can provide the shipping receipt and we can Paypal you the shipping costs back to you.

Return/Exchange:
Keeping in mind the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept polishes back for returns or exchanges. Most of our polishes have been swatched not only by us, but bloggers all over the web. A quick Google search will usually result in many pictures. Please look at as many pictures as you can before purchasing so you know what you are getting.

Shipping:
We usually try to ship out twice a week, depending on the day of the week our sales fall on.

Pretty and Polished packages are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after initial purchase. Processing and shipping times do not include Holidays.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE. I CANNOT COMBINE ORDERS OR REFUND SHIPPING FEES.

You may ask for additional services on your orders at your own cost (signature confirmation, etc.).

All polishes are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and mailed in a poly bubble mailer or a box filled with bubble wrap."

Tomorrow, May 31, she will open!  Sand Art is a gorgeous neon glitter mix!  There is purple, pink, yellow, blue - blue having two sizes.  Also, the purple is a little large too, and I feel it really pops against this teal!  Again this is 1 coat over Zoya Zuza.  I used Wicked Fast for my top coat.  This did leave a texture, but the name is Sand Art, lol, so I thought it was kind of cool!

For the rest of the pictures, I did apple Seche Vite to smooth it out.  It still had a slight texture, but was a lot better than only Wicked Fast, as this glitter really absorbs the top coat!

And then my friend, Bea, told me to matte it!  What a wonderful idea!!!  Why do I always forget about my beautiful MatteAstrophe!!!  ManGlaze makes the best mattes :-)

You can find MatteAstrophe HERE on Amazon, along with others.  If you order through Amazon, use the code and follow the information below to receive the 10% discount.

Today was a long post, but I hope you loved this look!  I can't get over how gorgeous Sand Art is!  And I loved the combo of the three together!

Hope you have a great day!
Much Love,

ManGlaze Santorum and Spoiled Cougar Attack

Santorum is another polish the the Matte Masters, also known as ManGlaze.  Of course, we know Santorum is running for president here in the US.  The other meaning can be googled, because I won't go into detail.  Anyway...the polish itself is a beautiful, shimmering brown.  Now I'm not a huge fan of brown polish, but this is one that makes me rethink it!

Otherside of the label...

This polish is great with two coats.  I could possibly even get away with one coat.  The shimmer in this polish is gorgeous, almost looks reddish.  It reminds me a lot of wood grain, especially with the way the back label looks.  I threw a coat of Seche Vite over it and it really brings that shimmer alive!!

And like I usually do, I did a Matte vs. Glossy!  I personally love this look because it's shows the beauty of the polish both ways.  Plus it's subtle and interesting.

So I wore my Matte vs. Glossy for a day and while shopping, found a gorgeous new glitter called Cougar Attack by Spoiled.  Spoiled is a brand by Wet n Wild and I believe it's exclusive to CVS.  So I got home and decided to try one coat over my current mani.  It turned out completely awesome and I loved it!  The glitter in Cougar Attack glows!  It's a copper glitter in a brownish jelly base.  My only complaint is that their brush is huge!  I took a picture below.  I guess I'm just not used to working with those types  of brushes, but at least the polish went on pretty well.  I do have another Spoiled to try soon too.  I believe it's a dupe for Deborah Lippmann Ruby Red Slippers.  Cougar Attack seems to also be a dupe to Deborah Lippmann Superstar.  I don't have either of those Deborah Lippmann polishes, but just from looking at swatches, I think they're fairly close.

I love this lighting in the picture below.  It shows how amazing this glitter is!  The way it shines in the light.  It was fun and I can't wait to try it out with other base colors to see how it looks!

I hope you enjoyed my pictures!  Hope you all have a great Monday!  I'm jealous if you're off today ;-)

Much Love,
Crystal

ManGlaze - Lesbihonest

Matte, Glossy, and Matte VS Glossy - ManGlaze Lesbihonest

Lesbihonest here...this color is freaking gorgeous!  Now I know some may think this is hilarious, others may not agree.  Whatever your take is on ManGlaze, just know that despite their crude humor, their polish is amazing - matte or glossy!  So hopefully you can understand where they're going here, considering the label itself gives a pretty good idea of what kind of jokes their company likes.

Matte polish - 1 coat

I couldn't believe when I put this on, how gorgeous it was for 1 coat.  It's a perfect quick mani when you're in a rush, especially because it dries SO fast!

One of my favorite things about ManGlaze is that their from Chicago.  Being just south of the city, I feel an extra special connection to them and love to support them!  And yes, I laugh at the jokes :-)  How can you not?  Here is their story:

ManGlaze INK. began in 2006 as a stupid idea two best friends had one drunken evening after seeing the band GWAR. Upon sobering up the next day, they decided the idea was too stupid to ignore. This began their mission to create ManGlaze, a less girlie nail polish made to function well for men and appeal to foxy women. This stuff is badass, cruelty-free, toxin-free and made by hand in the good old USA.

I love it. Their website can be found HERE, but they sell on their FACEBOOK page or AMAZON. Facebook has their prices with their discount, I paid $11.82 + shipping for this one. Their Amazon page has a discount code for 10% off. I actually participated in a promo they had after Thanksgiving too - I forget their name for it. Anyway, that's how I got started with buying their mattes. I have older pictures I will post in the future. Matte vs Glossy has been one of my favorite things to show off their awesome polish. They will try to tell you it's shitty, but don't believe them! I guess they want to appeal to men and us women keep buying it all :-)

Glossy! 1 Coat of Cult Nails Wicked Fast

Here is where scotch tape comes in handy!  I learned all I know from Erika at Chloe's Nails.  HERE is her Tutorial for how to create these types of manis!  Trust me, she's amazing.  If you aren't following her blog, you should be!

Here is a closer look at their label.  They have some of the most amazing labels.  And they send little goodies with your order, like a guitar pick and sticker.  I am a sucker for that kind of stuff.

Coda

This is my other fur baby, Coda.  He is a German Shepherd and is going to be 3 years old this July.  He still acts like a puppy, but he's starting to mature.  He absolutely loves his photo taken, probably because I've had a camera in his face ever since we brought him home at 7 weeks old!  I have some adorable puppy pictures I can share with you in the future!  :-)

My beautiful ring!
So why the random ring picture?  Well, I was stopped at a light yesterday and this single ray of light came through and hit my ring in the most beautiful light.  It's taken with my iPhone - amazing technology isn't it? This ring is my favorite reminder of how lucky I am to be married to the most amazing man.  My favorite part is it a custom creation.  It started out as a promise ring for our 1 year anniversary, the center stone being much smaller.  I unfortunately lost it and was extremely devastated.  Mr. CC actually surprised me with a teddy bear holding a box that contained a replacement.  Our 5 year anniversary together, we upgraded the center stone to this beautiful diamond that I was able to pick out.  When we got engaged last year, I couldn't image using anything but this as my wedding ring.  I didn't think we'd find a band to match, but luckily the first one I tried on at our jeweler's was perfect.  I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

Hope you enjoyed some matte and glossy versions of ManGlaze!  As well as my couple of extra pictures to tell you about myself!

Much Love,
Crystal
