WingDust - Swatch-A-Thon!

Hello Everyone!!  It's been a little bit!  Hope everyone is doing great!!  I'm so thankful we've been having warmer weather.  Although, I heard it's supposed to drop again (Mother Nature, figure it out already!! hehe).  So things are still crazy.  I apologize to you, my lovely readers, as well as to all the amazing brands I am working with swatching for review.  Your patience means so much to me right now.  I had been hoping a weekend away camping would help some of my stress, but Monday was still Monday at work! haha

In all seriousness though, I had a nice week away working on a few other things and the weekend was so much fun!  I missed you lovelies though ;-)  I am going to try my best to get back on track and have lots of swatches for you!!  I did break a few nails while camping though! Oops! ;-)  I'm sure you'll notice once I get to those posts!!

Today, we have the amazing WingDust on the blog!!  Her creations are SO beautiful.  I cannot wait to show you these!  You can purchase WingDustCollections HERE on Etsy or HERE on Llarowe. You can stay up to date with WingDustCollections on Facebook and Instagram - @wingdust for new shades, coupon codes, and reviews. She has amazing creations to choose from, so please make sure to check them out!

Also, Stephanie, the owner, posted an update on her blog - HERE - about moving.  So I suggest if you have your eye on a color, snag it now before she takes a mini break!!  I wish her lots of luck and hope that everything goes smoothly over the next few months!

So let's get started with Spring Has Sprung.

For Spring Has Sprung, I used 2 coats along with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

What a gorgeous shade!!!  I love this Spring-like green with the little purple, gold, blue, and green glitters!  It just shimmers in the light so beautifully!

Close up!

Next up, Moonlight Sonata!

For Moonlight Sonata, I used 3 coats along with Clearly on Top by KBShimmer.

I probably could have gotten away with 2 coats or layered it over black, but with black jellies with glitter, I love love love to layer to get that squishy look!  And these teal, blue, and silver glitters look so awesome in the black jelly!  I even see some purple glitters that shine holographically!

Close up!

Next, Lilacs in June.

For Lilacs in June, I used 2 coats along with Clearly on Top by KBShimmer.

What a gorgeous light purple/pink with purple, silver, and green glitters.  Stephanie's combos always make me drool!!  I just love this!

Close up!  Love that subtle shimmer in the base!!

Next, Space Cadet.

For Space Cadet, I used 2 coats along with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Another gorgeous shade of black with holographic glitters and the tiny dust of scattered linear holo too!  My camera wouldn't capture it, but it's so beautiful!  I love how it looks speckled!

Close up!  You can see the tiny flecks of silver that would be holo in the sun!

Next, I Am Yours & You Are Mine.

For I Am Yours & You Are Mine, I used 2 coats along with Clearly on Top by KBShimmer.

What a cute name!  And beautiful red/fuchsia color.  The bottle looks more red, but since it has a jelly base, it would take maybe another coat or two to be darker.  I actually loved it just like this!!  Again, this base has a scattered holo that my camera wouldn't catch.  I just love the pops of pink and gold through it!

Close up!  Pretend those little tiny flecks are showing holo please :-(  haha I'll be happy when the sun stays out for Summer ;-)

Last, but never least, Sleepless Summer Nights!  Is it me, or does Stephanie have some really cute names for these!!

For Sleepless Summer Nights, I used 2 coats along with Clearly on Top by KBShimmer.

I cannot get over this one.  It is just so different!  I love the teal jelly base, and the brown with the green and gold!  The word "chunky" comes to mind, but in a totally fun way!  I see stars in here now that I'm looking closer at the bottle, but I didn't dig around for them :-(  Sorry!

Close up!! YUM.

I hope you liked this look at WingDust!  I have to say, I just love the labels that Stephanie uses!  Her bottles are so pretty, but the inside is just as beautiful!  Plus, I have to say that her formula is fantastic.  Overall, one of my favorite up and coming Indie Brands!!!

In case you missed above, you can purchase WingDust HERE on Etsy or HERE on Llarowe. You can stay up to date with WingDust on Facebook and Instagram - @wingdust for new shades, coupon codes, and reviews.

I hope you have a fantastic day!

Much Love,
Crystal

WingDustCollections!

Hello Everyone!!  Today I have three beautiful polishes by WingDustCollections to show you!!  Stephanie, the owner, was kind enough to send me these to show you!!  I'll have more posts coming soon ;-)

Here is a little more information from Stephanie on her Etsy shop!

"My name is Stephanie and I have this little itty bitty problem with nail polish and making it NON-STOP. Every color you see has been tested and re-tested, made and re-made several times over until I'm completely happy with it.

Some may say I over think things (HAILEY) but if I don't truly love it when I wear it then it's not quite good enough.

I opened this shop with the intention of selling crafts and artwork and nail polish to raise funds for my summer missions trip to Africa, and well... nail polish sort've took over from there!"

Up first, we have Cody Cat.  This is a tribute to Stephanie's cat, Cody, who has passed away.  We all can relate to losing a pet, so I think it is wonderful that she can wear this whenever she wants a little reminder of him!  I had to share her photos of Cody.  He looked liked such a sweetie!  So sorry for your loss, Stephanie!

Here is Cody Cat with one coat.

I love how it is sheer, but the flecks and glitters look so awesome on the nail!

Here is Cody Cat with two coats along with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

The green, silver, and black glitters are so beautiful in this white base with blue reflective flecks!!  Such a great mix!

Stephanie's description: In loving memory of my kitty I had for 13 years, he was such a little personality- my little black and white tuxedo cat with the sparkling green eyes who was my best bud through some tough teen years.

White jelly loaded with black, gunmetal, silver, white, and green glitters in different shapes and sizes. Opaque in 2 coats with a soft green/blue/gold shimmer.

I love the the mix of sizes too!  This would probably look great layered as well!

Close up!

Next, we have Prize-Winning Petunia.

For this mani, I used 2 coats along with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

This is such a beautiful mix of purples with little pops of bluish/teal glitter!  There is also holo shimmers throughout!

Stephanie's description:  Prize-Winning Petunia, this is the name my Mom has called all her kids since as long as I can remember... so this is in her honor :)

Deep purple/fuchsia leaning jelly base loaded with periwinkle, purple, turquoise and iridescent glitters, opaque in 2 coats... and don't forget the scattered holo!

I love that this is for her Mom! So sweet!

Here is a picture in my kitchen lighting to show the holo!

And lucky for me, the sun was out the next day!  I am in love love love with this holo and glitter mix!

The bottle looks delicious!

I think even in the shade this is a beauty!

Close up of the holo blurred!

Next, we have DayDreamer.

This is one coat of DayDreamer.

So elegant!

Here is DayDreamer with two coats along with Clearly on Top by KBShimmer.

Stephanie's description: This soft and sparkly polish a white/leaning silver base with silver, white, lavender, and aqua glitters in all small sizes.

Opaque in 2-3 coats, has a soft linear holo affect in the right lighting, also much more apparent in person and difficult to capture on film!

Of course the holo had to be stubborn for me to photograph!  But even without it, this is such a beautiful mix with the soft purple and silver in the white base!  I love the bottle, because as you turn it, you see the flashes of the blue glitter!  So cool!

You can sort of see the blue in the bottle here!

I did a quick video, but it still doesn't show off how gorgeous polish is!!  You can see it on Vine - .

A horrible picture in my bathroom lighting, but the holo was able to be captured!  Silly sun wouldn't come out ;-)  LOVE this one!

And a close up!
