Happy Halloween!!!

Hi everyone!!! Happy Halloween!!!

I just found out that Mr. CC is coming home tomorrow!! Great news!! Even though I have gone to see him everyday, I hate going home without him!!! He'll still have IV antibiotics at home for another week or so. I'm just so thankful that he is improving! Thank you for all of your thoughts, prayers, and support!! It means so very much to me.

I also want to show you my mani today!! This is KBShimmer Jack. This is sold at http://kbshimmer.com/ShoppingNailPolish.html or Harlow & Co. - http://www.harlowandco.org/collections/kbshimmer. I used 3 coats. I did an accent finger of 2 coats OPI A Good Mandarin is Hard to Find with 1 coat of U-Neek Polish Northwest, which you can find here - http://www.etsy.com/shop/uneekpolis. It has a slight glitter change now, but is still very beautiful, if not more so!! Topped off the mani with Seche Vite.

Both of these have been reviewed previously, if you search my blog, for more pictures and information!!

Hope you all have a great day!! And don't eat too much candy!!! Hehe

Much Love,
Crystal

Oh! And my fun earrings today too!!

Mrs. P's Nail Potions - Plenty of Fish in the Sea

Hello Everyone!  Thank you so much for all your kind words for my husband!  He is doing ok, but will probably be in the hospital for a few more days!
I was able to sneak in a quick post!  Today I have Mrs. P's Nail Potions - Plenty of Fish in the Sea!  I've had my eye on this one for a while!!  It is stunning!!  I used Cult Nails Manipulative and OPI Dating a Royal as an accent nail for the bases of this mani.  I then added 1 coat of Plenty of Fish in the Sea topped with Seche Vite.  I love the iridescent glitters in this!  I think it would look great over a lot of different colors!

You can purchase this from Etsy at the shop Mrs. P's Nail Potions.  You can also stay up to date with Bree, the owner, on her Facebook Page, Twitter as @MrsPNailPotions, and Instagram as @Mrs__P (two underscores).

Here is a sneak peek at her new collection releasing November 1!!!  It is inspired by Sex & the City - called I <3 NY collection - L to R: The Naked Dress, Searching for Mr. Right, Can't Colour Enough, All Lawyered Up, and The Big Apple.

And Bree and I are both giving a set away!!! How exciting is that!?!  I will have all the details on that on Thursday, so make sure to check it out!  Until then, here are more pics of Plenty of Fish in the Sea!

Hope you had a great weekend!!

Talk to you soon!
Much Love,
Crystal

Polish Addict - Pretty Little Glitters

Hello Everyone!  I have a bit of bad news.  My husband, Mr. CC, is in the hospital with a lung infection.  He will be there for at least a week, along with IV antibiotics at home for the week following.  I know everyone will understand if I have to step back from blogging for a little bit.  I do have a lot of things swatched, so I may just put together enough posts for the next week or so.  I usually write my posts the day before, but I have a feeling I won't have much time for that.  I'm going to take it a day at a time, but if you don't hear from me, that is why I don't have a post.  Thank you for understanding!

Today, I am excited to show you a white with glitter *drool*~!!!  This beauty is called Pretty Little Glitters from Polish Addict.  When I heard the name, I thought of the show Pretty Little Liars.  I used to watch it all the time, but with so many good shows on TV, I got behind and haven't watched it in a while.  I did think it was a cute show though.  Here is the description:
"REQUESTED BY MY NIECE WHO'S IN LOVE WITH THE SHOW "PRETTY LITTLE LIARS" SHE WANTED A MILKY WHITE JELLY WITH A MIX OF "PRETTY LITTLE GLITTERS" AS SHE CALLED IT LOL THIS IS A MIX OF ULTRA FINE RED GLITTER WITH TEAL, SILVER, GREEN, RED, AND FUCHSIA GLITTERS"
How cute is that!?  I love this mix of glitters.  For some reason, this almost reminds me of Christmas.  I don't know if it's because a lot of Christmas colors are being released or what?! lol  Most of the time, Christmas sneaks up on me!  To me, it has a beautiful winter look to it.  But don't get me wrong, I can totally see myself wearing this year round, especially since it is amazing.

The glitters, pink, blue, green, silver, and red, are a beautiful mix in this white jelly base. This base also has a stunning white shimmer that gives it a little something extra.  It was hard to capture how pretty the shimmer is in person.  It was subtle, but I really liked it.  This polish applied perfectly too.  I was extremely happy with the formula.  I expected it to be more sheer, as jellies are, but was thrilled with how it looks at 2 coats!! I topped with Wicked Fast top coat by Cult Nails.

Laura, the owner, has a shop on Etsy - Polish Addict.   Make sure you check it out, because she has some beautiful creations available!!  You can purchase Pretty Little Glitters for $8.00.  To stay up to date with Polish Addict for upcoming collections, restocks, and other business news, you can follow @polish_addict_34 on Instagram and check out Polish Addict on Facebook too! And guess what!  Polish Addict is having a 500 Followers Giveaway!  Make sure you follow her and enter - 500 Followers Giveaway on Facebook!

I love that the glitters still reflect through the base.  So beautiful!

Couple yummy close ups!

I hope you all have a great weekend!  I still haven't decided what I'm going to do yet for next week's blogging.  I'm just going to see how the weekend goes.  If you can, please keep my husband in your thoughts and prayers :-)  He is a trooper though, and should be back to his normal self very soon!

Much Love!
Crystal

Enchanted Polish - Pumpkin Gutz

Hey!!! ;-)  Hope everyone is having a great week!!  Today I have the gorgeous Pumpkin Gutz to show you by Enchanted Polish!!  I am loving this collection and am really getting into the Falloween Spirit!!

For a base, I used 2 coats of OPI Stranger Tides.  I love this color!!

I then layered 1 coat of Enchanted Polish Pumpkin Gutz and topped with Seche Vite.

Pumpkin Gutz has a beautiful, subtle holographic shimmer through it!  It is made up of orange and black hexagons, orange bar glitter, and tiny green, orange, and black glitters!  Such a beautiful combo of glitters!

Enchanted Polish - Beetle Juice

Hi!!!!! I have a bonus post to show you!!! I know Leah Ann from Llarowe is going to be posting the Enchanted Polish Falloween Collection today, so I thought I'd quick sneak in this post!!  Especially since I'm completely smitten by Beetle Juice.  And to think, I was never really that attracted to him before...

But as a polish...way sexy!! hehe  Chelsea did an outstanding job with this collection, and I actually didn't buy them all, but I can bet the ones I don't have are just as stunning.  Beetle Juice has won my heart though.  It glows with holo goodness!!  I have a ton of pics, so get ready!!

First, here is an indoor lighted picture of my base, OPI Wooden Shoe Like To Know?  I wore it with two coats, but had slight tipwear and added a third coat for pictures.

Then topped it off with 1 coat of Beetle juice and finished with Seche Vite.  These first four pictures are indoor lighting.  In the next three, compare how even the slightest shift changes the glitters reflection of color!  Especially the my middle finger in the center!

Blurred for holo!

Flash really brought the holo out to play!! It still doesn't do this polish justice!  It was so hard to capture the beauty of it!

Here are some outdoor pictures! OPI Wooden Shoe Like To Know? has a beautiful shimmer in it too.  It's not as noticeable with the glitter, but the color combo worked really well in my opinion!

Beetle Juice has green and gold glitters that are holographic along with black glitters and holo dust through it.  It has a 3-D effect to it.

In the shade, you can kind of see how it glows here!

Some close up shots for you!!
