Hello Everyone! What a crazy week! I just want to thank everyone again for all of the love and support in the passing of my Grandpa! Yesterday was his funeral. He received a beautiful military ceremony with a final resting place of peace within a military cemetery that is breathtaking. During the ceremony, a couple of birds flew into the pavilion. With the beautiful sunny day and slight breeze, the temperature was perfect and it was a very comforting setting surrounded with loved ones. One of the birds rested on a bar above the casket and I thought it was almost like a sign or something, as it caught my eye. It actually had a nest there that it flew to and stayed there for the rest of the service for our family. With so many people around, I was surprised it felt so comfortable in there.
Later, my Mom reminded me how when we were little, that my cousins and I would call my Grandpa, Grandpa Birdie. He actually would whistle like a bird too. I can't believe I forgot that. Of course, being so young and as time passes by, it's not until events like this that you start to think and really remember. I have to say what a perfect closure that was to saying goodbye to him. It may have just been a coincidence, but I love to think of myself as very intuitive and in touch with nature. I am constantly amazed by this world and the nature within it. It makes me appreciate these little types of moments and signs like this, and I will always cherish them when the coincide.
I also wanted to explain part of why I've been MIA lately! I was offered a position downtown (Chicago) and will be starting in a couple weeks! It is an incredible opportunity and I am looking forward to the change in atmosphere, both in business and location. Since I had been interviewing a lot, it made it difficult to keep up on everything. I know I still have A TON to do, so I apologize for the delay, but thank everyone for being SO extremely patient with me. It means a lot to me to have the support.
I'll be going from an Executive Assistant to a Legal Staff Accountant. I'm excited to join a law firm and experience that aspect of business. I know that my transition will be a lot of work as I adjust, so I ask for more patience (I know, I know, I have been asking for that for a while now). I do really appreciate it though and do have a current giveaway (Enter HERE!) and a couple more coming soon! I just want to thank you all for sticking by me and hope that you'll stay for a while as I figure things out. My hope is that while commuting on the train, I'll be able to blog and work on social media before and after work :-) It will be an extra 2-3 hours of commuting, while I previously only worked about 5 minutes from home! haha! Crazy, I know, but how else do you think I got my blog name? hehe
So how about some swatches? I know it's been a while, so I have a bunch of stuff from Disturbing Potions to show you! Some was for review, but I also love to buy polish and lotions!! Annette, the owner, is fantastic! She offers great stuff for great prices! You can shop with her at http://disturbingbehavior.net/. She is also on Instagram and regularly updates information there - @playwanet. She sells lots of polish (naughty names) and amazing lotions! Polish + Lotion = Potions ;-)
****I must warn you though, if you are under 18 or maybe offended easily, please feel free not to read the rest of this post! Disturbing Potions has some naughty names, so I'll put a page jump here!****
Ok, so if you're still with me, you'll understand why these are gorgeous and I had to have them. Hopefully no one takes offense and has a laugh at these silly names ;-) I know I just laugh, because seriously? Life is too short.
So with all that said, first up, we have Cootie Quat.
For Cootie Quat, I used 2 coats along with Clearly on Top by KBShimmer.
I just love this pink and those circle glitters get me every time!!!
Isn't this beautiful?!
Close up!
Next up, Orgy?
For Orgy?, I used 2 coats along with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.
This is another one that I just instantly fell in love with. It is so jelly and circle glitter and pink and oh my, I just love it. Plus even iridescent glitter too!

Next, Deep Penetration.
For Deep Penetration, I used 2 coats along with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.
What a gorgeous black jelly with circle glitter. Are you sensing a pattern yet? I love circle glitter and it seems like Disturbing Potions does too!
Plus I love all the glitter floating in this black jelly that sparkles a rainbow of color!
Close up!
Next up, Boston Blue.
For Boston Blue, I used 2 coats along with Wicked Fast by Cult Nails.
I believe this was only available as a promotion with purchase, so I apologize this beauty is no longer available!
Love the mix of the purple/blue base with blue and light purple glitters!
Close up!
Next, Edible Undies.
For Edible Undies, I used 2 coats along with Clearly on Top by KBShimmer.
I was excited that this was great coverage for a yellow! And I love the butterflies in this! And the green glitter pops in it too!
Close up!
Last of the polish, this is Moonlight Lay.
The first few pictures are 2 coats along with Clearly on Top by KBShimmer.
This was an absolute beauty! I love the jelly and mix of pink and iridescent glitters. It glows in person!
This is Moonlight Lay with 3 coats and Clearly on Top by KBShimmer.
Isn't it stunning!?

On to some lotions! This is Mega Mocha Body Butter!
I love how thick and creaming these are! It has a roasted coffee scent to it and it makes my skin SO soft. The caffeine really helps my skin to make it feel tighter. I know not everyone may have the same results, but I am a huge fan of these butters!
This next one is Cocoa Chunky Coffee Bean Butter.
There are chunks of raw cocoa butter in here that melt onto the skin when applied! I personally love the scent of cocoa butter, so this is amazing to me!
I honestly can't remember which soap combination this was, but she has SO many fun scents to choose from. I just love her molds too! So cute!
And my favorite face cream, Raw-Raw Shea Butter.
I use this with the black soap (Ultimate Zit Fighter Bar - unfortunately sold out right now). Since the soap dries me out, along with my pimples (I am so in love), this awesome shea butter restores the moisture so my skin doesn't dry out. For me, it's the perfect regimen. Again, everyone is different, but I do recommend giving Disturbing Potions a look!
In case you missed above, Annette, the owner, is fantastic! She offers great stuff for great prices! You can shop with her at http://disturbingbehavior.net/. She is also on Instagram and regularly updates information there - @playwanet. She sells lots of polish (naughty names) and amazing lotions! Polish + Lotion = Potions ;-)
I hope you enjoyed the extra long post!!! And thank you again for all of your love!
Much Love back to you! Enjoy the weekend!
Crystal
